My stack
I believe close to 100% of marketing can be solved by code.
Tools I lean on
Nothing really exotic but only the tools that survive a few months of daily use!
Daily desktop
- Juby: my own agentic email client. Reach out if you want an invite to the pilot
- Handy: dictation that stays on my Mac. I use my own fork, with 2 modes set off from Hammerspoon
- Plain: where I read what the agents write
- QLMarkdown: shows a Markdown file when I press Space in Finder
- Figma: UX & visual design
- Paper: sketching layouts and live design with the Paper Desktop MCP
- Raycast: launcher, snippets, custom commands
- Hammerspoon: macOS automation in Lua
- SwiftBar: my own status items in the menu bar, from small scripts
- Shottr: screenshots and quick annotations
- MarkEdit: replaced by Plain
- Obsidian: got slow with code folders in it. Replaced by MarkEdit
- Cursor: replaced by Codex + Claude Code
- Claude Desktop: moved to the CLI
- ChatGPT: replaced by Claude + Codex
Terminal
Code editor & AI
- Codex: inside Ghostty (right now GPT-6.1 Sol on high, and GPT-6 Luna for some tasks)
- Claude Code: inside Ghostty (in October, Opus 5.5 almost every time)
- MLX: local inference and fine-tuning
- Ollama: local model runtime when I need to script it
- LM Studio: quick local LLM playground
- VS Code: primary editor
MCP servers
- Onadit: my own context system. Decisions, conversations, projects, searchable from any agent. €5 a month for early buyers, then €9
- Google Ads: critical. A field note on this is coming
- Google Search Console: where SEO actually lives
- Google Analytics 4
- Excalidraw: quick mockups and diagrams
- ComfyUI: image generation pipelines
- Claap: customer calls and async video, queryable transcripts
- Fireflies: replaced by Turn
- Notion: read & write client docs without leaving the agent
- HubSpot
- Ahrefs: backlink + keyword data, queryable
- Paper Desktop: design directly from the agent
- Webflow: customer sites, agent-driven edits
- Framer: sites and components, agent-driven edits
