Notes
About marketing, about AI, sometimes both. I share what I try, what works, what doesn't, and what I'm still figuring out along the way.
First attempts at fine-tuning
My dream is that people can work with me without me being in the room. Since April I've tried to get open-weight models and my own workflows to reason like me, then to sound and look like me. Most of it hasn't beaten plain Claude yet. What I tried, the numbers, and why I keep going.
My way to software engineering
I'm not a developer, so I can't check code by reading it. What works for me: I say what I want, one model builds it slice by slice, and it asks another model to review each slice. It only applies the fixes that matter, and I check the result at the end.
My setup
How I work as a marketer who lives in a terminal: folders instead of apps, AI agents that review each other, one account per client, connectors to my marketing tools, calls that get filed in one command, and what I still do by hand. What I use and what I dropped.
